Well, it is kinda unclear in the manga. It doesn't particularly look like that, but Seras reacts to it, but it's kinda difficult to tell where on the wall Anderson threw it.

Damn this scene is great. The zoom ins on their faces when they walk towards each other and then the exchange of punches while the camera pans around them. Hands down.
