  • can we please cut the bull about throwing your back out at a certain age.my father is 75 years old.he pulled 430 this week. he deads twice weekly.he normally goes 5x4.i guess he didnt get your memo on back problems at 40.oh yeah,this was during his cancer shots.he was upset because he missed two days of training.hes looking at 450 by years end.

  • lol there is a difference between being fit and shooting juice in the rim of your anus, lifting as much weight as possible and throwing out your back when you're 40... proper form compliments the physiology of your body, it doesn't maximize the weight you pick up off the floor...
