It's Sanger, even in the Japanese versions when ever his name is romanized it was Sanger. But the people who translated Alpha Gaiden (his first appearance, though minor) simply translated the kana directly as Zengar and didn't bother to check for a real name to match it too.

Sanger is an actual German name. Zengar is just katakana romanized, it means nothing in actual English.

Shippu Dotou is the Type 0's move. In OGs they changed the type 3's to look similar to Shippu Dotou, a vertical cut to match the quote. Ichimonji Giri is the horizontal slash from Thrudgelmir and Type 3 in Alpha 2/OG2.
