Ted Strickland's desperation was evident this weekend at a labor gathering when he launched into a Howard Deanesque rant on why he is losing his re-election bid. Strickland screeches that the Republican Party has been overtaken by zealots, extremists, and radicals who don't like America.

  • Strickland has no platform to stand on. Kasich will be good for Ohio and Strickland is an obama man...what more is ther to say? 11/2 = Gov. Kasich

  • So let's get hijack a rally as a GOP troll with a camera that has horrible sound quality, put it on YouTube/Fox News, and then smear a guy who is fighting on behalf of middle/working class families in tough times. Gov. Strickland has kept my college tuition affordable, balanced 2 state budgets, reduced the income tax by 17%, and has personally taken a pay cut (rather than Mr. Kasich who took $50k per year for teaching one class 4 hrs. a month at Ohio State and up to 40k per speech)

  • Casich is an idiot!!! He will be brought down to size. You neo-cons have taken enough rope now to hang ALL of you! Just pull the lever, and let the door drop from under your feet. You're DONE!!!

  • @KathyWooring buddy, u talk like someone who supports the corporations. despicable......

  • He looks just like Buck Strickland from King of the Hill

  • – Kasich is working out great; he's fighting union control – he, and America know the union fat cats are a money laundering service for the left – and union cronies get hefty concessions for their “services”.

  • Mr. Strychnine – it's not good to believe false prophets – others have been thrown under the bus, or jumped the bus; the truth will win. Your union buddies, crony capitalists, and unfunded mandates have balked the public SERVANTS for long enough – people are asking questions, finding answers, and electing reps that actually care about America/capitalism; they are honoring the people that risked everything – the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence.

  • Why is the GOP so scared of change? - The GOP is fighting an overpowering administration. Hopefully the conservative right will fight the current status quo, and stop the chump change.

Change is a good thing – stop the neo-liberals that are against CAPTIALISM/AMERICA; the “rich” are not our enemies, the lying liberals are our enemy; amazing, Obama thinks people are supposed to re-elect him, his lies, & failed policies.

  • You lost.

  • @kriskats19 Change is a good thing, but the GOP would rather us stay in the stone age and live in fear. EVERY change that obama wanted was met with a big fat "NO" from the GOP.

Why is the GOP so scared of change?

  • I thought change was a good thing according to Obama. Apparently Democrats prefer status quo.

  • How's your Kasich working out for you now?? LOL!!
