Daniel Lenko is a third generation grape grower and first generation winemaker. His father, William, planted the first Chardonnay vines in Canada in 1959 and the first Merlot in 1974. Today, All wines are 100% estate grown, vinified and bottled. Lenko spoke to Konrad Ejbich about growing up on a vineyard, about having to sell off all his 2011 grapes and about giving back to the community through his wine ChardonnGay.
