Citigroup to Buy Wachovia Banking Operations

I closed my checking account with Wachovia 6-8 months ago, never hearing from them again... UNTIL.... Today, living on the other side of the world, I find out that my CURRENT bank's checking account has a lien against it from Wachovia bank.

-I never was notified by Wachovia in any way until this incident, and I can't get my tax return check deposited to pay for my plane ticket back to the U.S.

Citigroups just have to let it go. Wachovia doesn't want to be bought under Citigroups. They have the most hostile takeover scheme created under their belt.

(Cont) when I spoke w/ Wachovia I was told "they" (they being random insurance company) "receive thousands of faxes a day" & there were "no notes" indicating I had given my policy information to anyone @ Wachovia & that I probably spoke w/ someone from a "branch office". When I spoke w/ random insurance co. they told me they received my proof of insurance but they need the actual "declaration"

My car loan is w/ Wachovia, 5 weeks ago some random insurance agency sent me letter stating I need full coverage insurance or they would purchase a policy for me- I called them, Wachovia- gave my policy number, the name of my agent, faxed my policy to this random company repetitively, today I receivd a letter from random co. that they have not been provided proof that I have insurance & have purchased an $823 insurance policy which will be added to my car loan with "finance charges"

Do you know how that name Wachovia came about ? ask around your office and say what about the greedy bastarards from NC that took over a great bank and said our name FU as in First Union has ben draged through the mud pits for ages and we need a new name because this one is in the dumper ! so the little twats in nc decided to change the name and now those DAMF are getting what is comming to them ..I hope that someone slays them !
