@TheMichaelcrookblog ...regardless, the world needs to be aware of your presence crook, Dar exposed you for a reason, and a good one, I'd love to see you try and justify your crap to an actual rape victim, I bet she'd slap you silly if you did. Take a step in to reality Crook, you'll discover that it's not black and white.
@Eceoes Well, regardless of what you think, I respect the rights of those who properly criticize my videos, even if they don't agree with me. So in that respect, free speech is not being threatened. Simply uploading an entire work, credited or not, is theft, and that's what people either blatantly ignore (which I suspect) or are unaware of.
I know that fair use doesn't include using the entire video, but as long as someone gives proper credit to the clip being used, and doesn't affect the value of the original work, there really is no reason to file a DMCA claim. I shouldn't have to "feel safe" that my video won't be taken down, and neither should others, it should just be a right. You are almost as bad as Inmendham over this issue.
@Eceoes Ironic. You say there's a "negative effect" on free speech. Is that why there are many videos criticizing my rape video, all of which remain online because of....fair use? You think fair use is merely re-uploading someone's entire works without consent? Nope. Yes, many videos, INCLUDING YOURS, are online and safe, thanks to fair use. Get over yourself.
Michael Crook has a total disregard over the concept of Fair Use, but worse his actions are causing a negative effect over the free speech on youtube.
Just two points by the way. RE: the criticism part of doing the upload. Criticism can be implicit and the fact you did other videos as well would be a defence. Also HappyCabbie once pointed out that when you post under YouTube's terms and conditions you lose your rights to the video. So technically you may be fine. Also damages even in the USA have to be proved I believe. If you need a fundraiser to pay a lawyer on this I think you would get it.
Well I have seen some types of scum on YouTube but this guy absolutely takes the buscuit. I have never seen such a loathesome piece of excrement in all my life. I would do a pice on him, but I don't want his filthy face on my channel or on my hard drive. I downloaded his latest copy and put it in my "virus vault" which is the only place I can bear to put it.
