For World Malaria Day, Faiths Act encouraged supporters around the world to organise creative multi-faith action to raise funds and awareness to halt deaths from malaria. This year, Faiths Act mailed out ready-to-act packs and Faiths Act Ribbons to organisers from around the world. For every 10 people featured in a photo, Sumitomo Chemical donated an Olyset bednet to Malaria No More UK.

The response we received was overwhelming with volunteers sending in 1800 photos displaying over 19 000 people featured taking multi-faith action on malaria which will equal 1 900 nets donated . People of different faiths came together from six continents and over 40 countries including: Australia, Indonesia, Pakistan, India, Hungary, UK, UAE, Kenya, Ghana, Chile, Canada and the US.
