The full text of this Poe poem is:

I heed not that my earthly lot
Hath -- little of Earth in it --
That years of love have been forgot
In the hatred of a minute:--
I mourn not that the desolate
Are happier, sweet, than I,
But that you sorrow for my fate
Who am a passer by.


I can't get the indentation or italics here, but all of the even-numbered lines are indented, and the words "you" and "my" are italicized.

I play piano, but I only know how to copy others music. I haven't ever composed any of my own music, as I don't know how you would do it, I don't know which keys/notes from the right hand side of the piano would go with the keys/notes on the left hand side of the piano. :'(

I don't have sheet music of it available, but if you would like to learn to play it, you might like to use software to help you transcribe it. Sonic Visualiser is good free software for that, for example, and there are also many other similar free programs.
