that is an Eridian gun and it appears to be modded, which is illegal hacking of any game, those guns do not shoot that fast.

the way i killed baron flynt is i was walking backwards wile shooting at hime because he was chasing me. i fell off the edge and he decided to follow me....he kinda died

@xdan56x It's an Alien rifle. You will find a lot of them near the end of the game. Don't worry you'll get one sooner or later
