How does the scanner work.
Is it flat bed only or can you stack scan
Any help would be great. We are getting ready to purchase a similar unit and we MUST be able to stack scan

Hey nice review. I work over at brother as a customer service rep, I deal a lot with the MFC9440CN and a lot of the color laser machines. If ya ever need to call customer service, Ask for a software agent regardless of the issue.. the hardware agents are all located in the phillipines but us software agents are in memphis tennessee.. Also, as far as print quality, you can try doing the color calibration and auto reconfiguration on both the machine and the printer driver to improve quality.

Would you mind answer a few questions?
Can you print envelopes? How's the color saturation? I saw a consumer review that said "the color quality on this machine is a complete whitewash, even at a max 2400 DPI and vivid color setttings" and that Mac software was garbage. Any comments?
