@jennafan14 Why would be the point of using an amp? that is why they are powered speakers, they have crown am inside. Amps are supposed to be for passive speakers, just not loud enough

@BR177 well it doesnt really matter to hear them online, cuz i did, and i just bought 6 of them and im dissapointed

Not enough volume, g2 volume is supreme compared to the new 300 or 500 series. They are not supposed to need an amp to sound louder, thats why they are active speakers, and the loud version of this speakers the 515XT is way too expensive, that is the power that the 315 should have.

i highly dislike these speakers. i used 4 of the subs and 2 tops... the bass was not low, the highs weren't loud enough. i was disappointed with the system since it does look quite powerful and intimidating.
i could use two EV tops and two EV SBA760s and it'd be 3x as loud as last night.

I recently played at a Barnight club in Chicago, and I used 2 515 eon and 2 518 subs and the owner came to me and said to lower it the bar was shaking the glasses.. the place filled 100-150 people.

Maybe you could explain what would be the point of recording the sound of a loudspeaker with a microphone and sending it through Internet ?
