@TheGloryfighter1000 2Pac was vehemently against the Illuminati conspiracy theory. The word "Killuminati" was something he created to stop people from talking about it. He didn't believe in the Illuminati(/watch?v=U9Hm1ROmlE
k). I personally do believe there are a small group of powerful elites "pulling strings", so to speak, but 2Pac did not, and that is the whole point of the word "Killuminati". It means "put an end to illuminati conspiracy theories".

If there was an illuminati, they wouldn't be known and or filmed by the public. Furthermore, nobody that was in office would be above middle-management. These people aren't/wouldn't be illuminati. They would be/are mere puppets.
