Institute of Design, established in the year 1993 is a premier institution in the field of art and design.The institute offers varied career oriented courses like Fashion Design, Interior Design, Visual Design, and Fine arts, meeting the demand of Chennai's niche market. .
The institute also has varied acivities to promote its student's talent, a yearly Exhibition of fashion illustration and a mock fashion show. The institute also hosts a fashion show for its students in the end of its year tenure helping the students to bring out their creations to reality. Eminent people in the fashion industry of Chennai and the likes attend the show.
