The Road to Hell is Paved w/the 'Fairness Doctrine'

Democrats in Congress have again sounded the trumpet of their intention to revive the "Fairness Doctrine."

No doubt Dems would rather produce a dog and pony show pitting themselves against Rush Limbaugh in the court of public opinion; as opposed to actually delivering on the promises made to the American People.

The print media and cable news almost all lean Left. Talk Radio leans Right. So what do we get? The Left wants the Fairness Doctrine which will apply ONLY to radio.

We tried it in the 70s and even Dems admitted it was a colossal failure. It resulted in reduced coverage of ALL controversial subjects due to fear of lawsuits.

The Left's plan to reimplment the Fairness Doctrine is a cynical attempt to destroy conservative Talk Radio and has nothing to do with "fairness".
