  • what the hell are you people arguing about. Just enjoy the music.

  • @harvardjrnl

clearly, if anyone needs to some studying and research , it is you. or you can admit you don't care about anyone's civil rights unless you agree with them. that is what makes the aclu different - they defend anyone and everyone's right, especially people they disagree with.

  • @harvardjrnl

the aclu files lawsuits to defend people when their civil liberties are violated under the law. they do not simply file lawsuits to force people do what they like - whatever that is. in fact, the aclu has defended individuals and organizations that probably don't like them.. they have defended fundamentalist christians, rush limbaugh, anti-abortion protesers, as well as anti-gay and anti-atheist groups such as the boy scouts of america.

  • @harvardjrnl

employers restricting the speech of their employees while working has nothing to do with the aclu. it has to with the rights of employers to direct the language used by their workers while the workers are representing the business. do you really believe an employee should be able to just anything and everything at work? or is it only speaking about jesus which concerns you? anyhow, this is just private business at work; and has nothing to do with the aclu.
