shem tob used it but the New World Translation does not use the divine name at matthew 21v12 but shem tob did so this shows the jw did not insert the name there it reads

so the name jehovah was used by the NWT 18 TIMES AND SHEM TOB 19 TIMES

You dont know what youre talking about why not take a look at ben shobs matthew uses the name jehova as many times as the nwt so the name jehovah in the nwt is correct it was there to start with but removed by the people you are supporting

Take the information you have from both verses and it is easy to figure out.

Acts 9:7 says they heard "a" voice doesn't say who's voice.

Acts 22:9 says they didn't hear him(Jesus) talking.

This was a 2 way conversation between Jesus and Saul. Therefore if they didn't hear Jesus yet they could still hear Saul but they couldn't see him because of the light.
