It's a beautiful song, and I heard it first from Sita Sings the Blues. It's also a brilliant animation.

This was the kind of music to which my Irish immigrant family became so fond as to defy segregation and make regular trips to Preservation Hall on St. Peter's, bearing baskets of food and drinks for the musicians.
It's the music that matters and this is simply delightful.

Thanks for commenting on my Lee Morse version of the same song. Both Annette and Lee were wonderful performers, both special in their unique styles. It should be noted that the music was written by Oscar Levant, a pianist, composer and close friend of George Gershwin.
