@Damaxyz Absolutely no plyometrics, but they do have a whole video dedicated to explosive training. This is the part where as if you are a complete beginner this would be a great place to start, especially if you have nobody to train with. If you have been training for 6 months or longer and you're looking to get this to increase your explosiveness STOP!!! don't waist your money. Plyometrics and explosive training is highly complex, you'll be better off just doing Olympic lifts.

@Damaxyz I bought this video series after I made that comment, because it's my job, so I pretty much by all the new training material that comes out. So now I can give you my full report. If your a complete newbie this would be a great place to start, rather you want to fight or just get in shape. If your intermediate to advance don't bother not worth the price, you'll out grow it with in 2 weeks or you'll probably already doing most of the exercise. Nothing new here.

@Consciouslivingbiz Hi, Marketing & the 21st century would like to have a word with you

plyometrics is is a scientific workout, just because you call something plyometrics doesn't make it so. Nothing these people are doing is even close to plyometrics and honestly most of it I wouldn't even call explosive training. What your training is muscular endurance, don't get me wrong it looks real good for doing this, but let's call it what it is. Stop using buzz words and getting people hyped for the wrong thing.

@ChuckNorris813 Yes, if can't do regular cardio or would prefer to skip it, we recommend the Balance & Agility workout or the Fight Conditioning workout as a replacement.
