Today, one in three Jews in our Baltimore community needs help. Twenty-five percent of Israelis live in poverty. In the Former Soviet union there are more destitute Jews than anywhere else on Earth. And with growing Middle East turmoil it's even more important that we stay strong as a people. THE ASSOCIATED: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore is caring for the needy and inspiring Jewish life and learning.
