The spectators are what make this race great. That and the fun we have blasting down the mountain on a car we made as a team. It would be boring as hell if the track was closed, your friends couldn't be there to cheer you on, to throw water balloons at the cars, and to be targets for you to hit with super soakers or water balloons.
