Introduce the google calendar to make our team work better.

1. Only one place to update the daily schedule.
We dont need upload it to CC, to share driver, to SVN. Frequently updates on daily schedule in old approach will cause many discrepancies, and cost many efforts on communication.
2. Each person can subscribe to the workshop schedule they need attend or have interests.
3. Project Manager can easily monitor the events (all the workshop or some workshop he/she has interests in) everyday. Its more beautiful than the ugly excel file.
4. More easily collaborate on the same calendar. No need to hand over the excel every time. What you updated is what others will see.
5. You can sync it with your Outlook, iCal, sunbird or other calendar tools. Of course you can sync it to your iPhone or blackberry, I know someone has it. ;)

I downloaded Google sync. When I try to login for the first time, I get an error message stating, "Login failed, due to network problems, please check your settings." the online forums, Sprint (my carrier), and Google have not been able to help. Can you help?? Please?
