wait - i'm confused. can someone explain this to me? okay so religion is believing something by faith, rite? isn't atheism accepting by faith that God doesn't exist?

Atheism is a theological ideology which disputes any notion of religion. Theism is any sort of religion. a theism is "a"gainst theism. That's why I call myself nontheist. I'm not againt delusional people praying to imaginary beings in the sky. I just don't do it personally. Is atheism a religion...no. Religion attempts to explain the meaning of life. Atheism only points out the flaws with religion. It makes no attempt at an explaination.

@WildManChrisVEVO : How appropriate that someone who can't discuss their points, and instead insults/curses to get their ideas across is defending Christianity... but comparing theologies and scientific facts is pretty silly. By your logic, not believing in the tooth fairy takes "faith" as well...
