does this filter work nicely for you? does it keep your water clean? is it worth the money?.......also i have a african clawed frog and i heard that the ripples in the water are bad for the frog because it is like living with a jackhammer because of the vibration is this true?.......... THANK YOU i loved your video

@mrlamabamaman it is WELL WORTH the money and your fish will thank you by displaying vibrant colors. Mine keeps the water VERY clean and my fish have never been healthier. It IS true about frogs hating vibrations but this filter provides a gentle stream if the water level is where it should be(under the outlet frame).

Hi, I notice that you don't have an air pump. I have a 15- 20 gal tank and will buy the BioWheel filter, do i need an air pump?

@buttercupam101 no you DO NOT need an airpump with this kind of filter:)

Would it fit on a marineland 46 gallon tank with a full hood? I'm starting a saltwater tank and I'm going to have jawfish so there has to be a hood.

YEA it would!! But you need a larger system then the one I have(like for up to 50-75 gal filter). I have the penguin 100 model for up to 20 gallons. I LOVE it and so do my fish! healing nicely and brighter colors. By ALL means, invest in a BIOWHEEL filter as this is as good as it gets. Plus you will need a protein skimmer for your marine tank. PM me and I will assist you.
