Tomb Raider Underworld - Southern Mexico Relic Shortcut

When the level begins, drop to the floor and turn the screw back to its original position. Also, push the carved pillar along the track into the depression in the floor. This will enable you to reach the exit more quickly later. (To keep the video short and sweet, I haven't included this part.)

In case it's not obvious from the video, this is for the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 version of the game.
