i have 4 in a 29 gal tank, 3 small and one thats about 4 inches. they seem happy.

@ManCichlid Thats horrible advice they grow to fast to keep up with tank switches especially if you are feeding them feeders, if you want an oscar get a 75 gallon tank, want two oscars get 125gallons or more

@killaqnz1 A healthy baby oscar grows at the rate of 1" per month until about 8-9". Then it slows down. Most oscars hit the 14" at about 2.5 years.

A baby Oscar would be fin in a 10 gal. but once it's about 4 in. you'll need to upgrade to 25-30 gal. Once they're bigger than 5 in. you should put them in a 55 gallon for the remainder of their life. You can see my baby Oscar in my vid but he's just swimming around in his 55 gallon.

@polevaulter6916 its fine for a 3 inch but very soon this fish can reach up to 14 inches and will need atleast a 55 gallon tank bitch
