Honestly, I never watched him at WVU but after the Jets took him at #39 and watching this video- I'm sold. He looks solid and I love that he's a pocket passer- throw first, run second mentality. I hope you help the Jets shed to the playoffs like you said, and eventually to a Superbowl victory!!

You can't watch highlights and assume you have a good feel for a player. He's a guy that's going to have to wait at least season before he's ready to start. If you put him out there two before he's ready he will be ruined.

Guaranteed to be a bust? That's a bit harsh, he has talent and the Jets new GM is running different kind of ship with the Jets now so maybe he'll have a legit shot to carve out his nitch in the NFL. He can't be any worse than Sanchez right? The Jets have nothing to lose and there is a huge upside.

It sure seems like a good pick for the Jets at number 39, Sanchez looked lost late last year and that is a sign you need a new QB. As a Jets fan I am excited by seeing this vid of his clips, he seems to be a very skilled QB, but Geno beware, NY can tear apart any player that is touchy or not mature enough to play in the big city, Kansas City might have been a smoother ride for the signal caller. I got tired of the Jets bad play last year but with Geno my interest has been rekindled.
