sweet vid! - i am so torn between getting a sport bike and a dual sport. i like the dR650's. any thoughts? i think the dual sports might be more nimble in the city
@akmattb Since you ride a DR I can understand why you are torn between a sportbike or a Supermoto.
Your bike is pure enduro. Meaning that your "street legal" bike os both a street and offroad bike.
To answer your question, sportbike or supermoto? If you haves to commute for a great distance on the freeway a Supermoto isn't practical unless it is a 600cc or larger. If you just ride in the city then an SM is perfect.
A good alternative would be a Suzuki SV650, Yamaha FZ6 or Kawasaki EX.

Nice to see you made a video on the bike. I learned 2 things from it.
1. It rains in San Francisco
2. Your roads are nearly as bad as ours in places
I was a part time firefighter for 6 years, it was fun job.

@lawmand Yes, the roads are horrible in The City. But on a Supermoto you can just roll over the bad stuff.
