Thank you so much for this video. I just tried my first jackfruit--yum! The tip about washing your hands with vegetable oil saved my life--soap did nothing to get the stickiness off! I purchased my fruit at an Asian food store. And, fortunately, I was able to buy just 1/4 of a fruit so I could try it out. Expensive! Worth it!

Yum yum yum. Where did you get it? Jackfruit is my 2nd most favorite fruit in the whole wide world, next to Mangoes. The jackfruit in cans can't compare to the real ones because they added sugar. I've never been able to buy fresh ones here in the US. I've only seen fresh jackfruit on sale at an International Store but it look old and one very small slice of it cost almost $10.00. I just swallowed my cravings, forget it.
