I love James's modesty. He makes millions of dollars, yet he choses to live in a small apartment in London, and drives a fiat panda (yes, he does have a ferrari and a porsche). He spends his money on achieving his childhood dreams, insipiring millions of people. I don't like those kids. They don't appreciate what wonderful things that James is doing.

I dont get this, in the mecanno part of this series, the people wanted to make parts Mecanno didn't make, but James said, No! In THIS episode, he's making a spitfire kit, not EVEN being made by Airfix. So what's the deal, it's only BASED on an airfix spitfire kit?

I spent many hours one day building a model peice of furniture from cut out peices of polystyrene and used superglue to glue all the edges together. I let it dry and came back to find it all fallen apart with my edges melted away.

when James suggested polystyrene and resin I though "nooo....... won't work."

@topgearfan188 very wrong. 1) he earns £s, not 'dollars'. he isnt a moviestar you halfwit. 2) his small apartment in london costs well in excess of £600,000 3) he has more cars than you can imagine, including rolls royces, bentleys, ferraris and porsches. 4) he doesnt buy the things he makes on this programme, all the resources come from an advertisement deal with the company. I love James May, but you're ill-informed.
