It IS her, actually. I've seen her cover the song in concert. If you watch the video, her lips sync up perfectly with the lyrics. She lipsynced for the video.

i have the strongest dislike for avrils voice, so i turned it on mute & watched afp spin around & act angsty. note: she does it better than avril. :]
