@platelegs I used to date a vegan, I know all this. Earthlings is a sensational movie targeting emotions not reason, and Gary is an activist with no credentials. I have on my side met several doctors and dietitians who used to be vegetarian back when it was considered the only healthy alternative and are now suggesting a more paleo approach. And trust me, I lost a lot of fat and never been as healthy as now that I eat only meat, veggies and berries.
