..energy that can be geared towards better OURSELVES! Yes we been shitted on for a loooong time but throught the midst of it all we've risen! we have! Has for as god goes I can't help you with that but hating white people is a different story. Although your hatred can be seen as very valid...you might want to stop and think... You hating an entire group of people is racist and that doesn't make it right no matter who's doing it. Also, when you begin to hate you become EXACTLY LIKE THEM. yes white people has screwed us, THE NATIVE AMERICANS...AND THE WHOLE WORLD FOR THAT MATTER but carrying around and "outwieghing hatred" takes so much energy

It is very difficult now for me to avoid saying anything negative about people because i have developed such an outweighing hatred towards white people. They have been killing our people all over the world and they kill our brothers and sisters over in Haiti. How can anyone love these people. Also, What has "God" ever done to help our people? Maybe you have the answer because nobody else seems to.

there is not an 'answer' there is a journey...sounds cliche...when you know your authentic self...the world and its experiences are see and experienced differently than 'us and them'...acknowledging hatred is good.....internalizing hatred is bad...can we do one without the other?
