Was dehydrated and needed more time between sets. Probably had my hips too low on the max set.
Deadlift - 3 week (165 kg x 5) Clean grip reverse lunge - 3 x 6 x 61 kg each side Face pulls - 3 x 11 x 7.5 kg each side Pushup plank with elbow touches - 3 x 12
