  • Went to your website straightaway. Wonderful. I know I have to give up "normal" bread but how does a normal person do that. Someone mentioned to me to try using buckwheat but I thought it was going to take so long to figure out a good recipe. Well, with your recipes and research done, this is wonderful. I just have to make a bunch of regular bread now to get rid of all the wheat flour I still have. I can't wait to start cooking with buckwheat. I love the look of your site too.
