he actually begins to twist during the first flip look at 0:25 he has finished the first flip and the first half turn is almost done. i would call this a half in half out.

It is a half in half out,
pause it and watch it in bits, you can see
it might be a full out, but the quality isn't great and i have bad eyes
v good though although i have seen better...

nah, he started twisting after he finished the first salto. Full out. I don't know if that's a tsukahara on high bar or not, but it's definitely not a half-in half-out.

If you want to get technical, it's a full-out. He completes one full flip before he initiates the twist on the second flip.
Same difficulty value though, a C.
