Memorial Stadium Tree Sitters: Now with pee!

As a part of UC Berkeley's continuing lawsuit with the City of Berkeley, Save the Oaks, and the Panoramic Hill Association over the building of an Athlete Performance Center for 12 of Cal's varsity sports, there has been people living in the trees outside Memorial Stadium since December 2006.

Much of this came to a head yesterday as the Judge's ruling was expected on Wednesday, June 18. In this footage, a man climbs a utility pole in attempt to eventually get into one of the trees that the police are trying to keep people out of.

Now with pee!
