My last video was way too long. I decided to update with a more time conscious version. This version doesn't have mango butter but I am leaving up the older video on the Lilchez1 channel. The great thing about this shea butter mix is that I figured out how to make it smell good. It makes me want to eat it. Fragrance oils make the difference in scenting beauty products. You can sometimes use essential oils for scenting but you will have to use a lot and you have to be careful not to use more than the recommended dosage for skin.

@siscahusein I made some for myself around the same time and I just finished it so it lasted at least 5 months. I never put it in the fridge.

Does Shea butter have a funky smell? I bought African Shea butter and the smell is awful! Thanks

@mardel3 Some people are bothered by it and others think it smells awesome. It smells a little bit smoky to me. I could deal with it but I always mix so many oils in that the smell is altered in some way.
