@ohmic123 Thats so true, when people come to view our houses they all come with good references from the old landlord, we Ignore these references because why would a landlord want to lose a good tennant, Its more like a good reference to get rid of a bad tennant.

This is exactly why I sold all our properties and got out of the property market all together... I used to get so upset with the way tenant treated my houses....

@ThatAussieFamily Because of the UK property crash last year we can't sell and get out, I only wish I could, Its a nitemare

I'd half want to put it up in flames and cash in with the insurance money!! If i has properties i think i'd be making random house calls to check this or that every two months or so.

When I go to rent Im there to interview the LandLord LOL I already KNOW what he is getting, I wanna know what Im getting! I bring a DVD of my last apartment tour and show them what they would be getting in me as a tenant. I produce the long term leases and then we talk. Ive walked away from more than one offer LOL I feel Im the prize in Great tenants and its really the way people should apply if they want to rent your homes or apartments/flats.
