Duke Nukem v2.0

All right continuing the theme of Duke busting alien badies we have here Duke vs Thanos, Pyron and Darkseid.

This go around we took our time and you'll notice many, many improvements, 2 new specials in gold gun mode, more intros, more wins, jet pack, extra meters, over all fine tuning and balancing, better comboing, improved AI and oh a yeah, a few extra surprises for those who find them.

woo that was a lot, I'll add more if I can think of anything else.
