Eugh, where does bluegrass fall under in genres then? Such as Dubstep is electronic music. Screamo is punk technically, or it comes from it. Bluegrass comes from country, hence you can technically count it as country. Because it is. But calling that is somewhat an insult.

That's why I said "closer to bluegrass". It just sounds more folk than just pure "bluegrass". And in my opinion better than most "bluegrass" I've heard. But yeah, it's pretty much bluegrass. Either way it's good music. ;)
