Bishop Samuel R. Moore (The Prayer of Consecration)

Outgoing Presiding Bishop Horace Smith (Chicago) and Past Presiding Bishop Paul A. Bowers (Cincinnati) lead the Prayer of Consecration for Bishop Samuel R. Moore (Huntington, WV). Incoming Presiding Bishop Charles Ellis (Detroit) also takes part.

Bishop Moore became Diocesan of the West Virginia & East Tennessee Council (District 23) of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World.

This consecration service was held at the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World's International Convention on August 12, 2010 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis (MN).
