iPhone 4S: Improve battery life and Siri

I made a few changes to the factory settings on my iPhone 4S and the battery life increased noticeably. I also made a change to Siri and noticed it worked a lot better. I thought I would share those changes with you.

The changes I made in this video will also work when you install the iOS 5.0.1 update.

Thanks dude :) this helped alot by i want to ask a question, what does it do if u have the option "Camera ON" is that imortant or can it just be off and i can take photos and film normaly ?

@xPS2Gamerx The "Camera" option under "Location Services" is "ON" by default. This puts a GPS location attached to each picture you take so when you click on the "Photos" icon and click "Places" at the bottom it will show where you took each picture. I left mine "ON" as I have found it to not hurt the battery that badly.

hey what about if you switch off the 3G gprs services you may save up for 70% of battery life at same time for battery life more longers

@LiaMaKaChauHai This is true, 3G does kill battery life. Unfortunately Apply disabled the ability to turn 3G ON and OFF in iOS5. There are rumors the next iOS5 update will bring this option back.

@Yoniantebi The case is made by Incipio. It's the Silicrylic model. I picked it up at the Verizon store when I got my iPhone 4S.

hi buddy two days back only i bought iphone 4s and i was so sad abt the quick battery drain with a little usage. just now saw ur video. hope it will be helpful for me to get rid of the battery drain. if it works i will great u like anything. but v need a permanent solution for this problem so am awaiting for apple update of ios5.0.2.
