it seems the first 2 seconds of video 2 with the words 'and effort' got cut out somehow... here is the full sentence that he is speaking at the end of video 1 and into video 2. "(video 1) try and reproduce that experience, you'll never succeed because trying involves effort (video 2) and effort keeps the awareness active and the comprehension from expanding."

@dennis97726512 Before you yourself can even begin to comprehend this, I suggest you look at Noetics (IONS.com might be a start, there is also a wikipedia reference). This spirituality/Eckart Tolle 'stuff' IS science,. If you listen carefully to the first video he clearly states that for the past 300 years our science has been based on the purely materialistic model. Much more evidence contrary to that view has been emerging since Niels Bohr.

@nasimbahal Well I have tried lucid dreaming but have never attained such as has been proposed by others on Youtube. I do however, have a very good understanding of what we call Love it is not derived from any divinity but from Understanding, Familiarity, Empathy & Desire from within ones own self. Your level of capability of Love is determined by the Societal morality of your geographic point of origin, Childhood values& adopted Moral compass derived from religious or parental teachings.
