This is my video on my result's on Creatine.

About me - I'm 6ft 2, 171lbs

Routine & Supplements - I take Creapure, Creatine, I also eat Chicken as much as possible in one day (4-6 times). I train at the gym 3 time's a week using work out's found on youtube.

I use to work out a bit in soon but not much, I made this video to prove that with hard work hard gainers can gain muscle if they want it! I'm a skinny runt but once I saw a little result I went mad and now I'm never given up!

  • i take no creatin strictly gold standard whey and my arms are 2 times the size and my chest and back bulge threw my shirt and i just turned 17 and i run a 4.5 40 time.
