drsophiayin.com presents a video showing how rewarding a cat for quiet behavior can stop incessant meowing. Dante the Bengal already knows to sit politely for food and is now learning that meowing does not get him what he wants, only quiet behavior does.

  • @VTECsqznN2O probably, that way you can teach him to be quiet on command

  • I've been trying this for weeks, and no matter how fast I move after the marker to deliver the primary, the cat manages to get one more meow out, so, needless to say, its not working well for me. The cat thinks hes being rewarded for that last meow. Perhaps put the meow on cue and then under stim control would be better? Any tips helpful.

  • very, very nice!
