A Turkish student decides to withdraw from daily life and enters a monastery, in order to finish, without external distractions, his thesis in Gastronomic Sciences. Yet, the quiet town of Bra, located between the Langhe and Roero zones, in Italy's Piemonte region, is full of pitfalls for our poor student at the University of Pollenzo.
Uno studente Turco decide di ritirarsi in un monastero, per poter terminare, senza distrazioni esterne, la sua tesi in Scienze Gastronomiche, ma anche la tranquilla città di Bra, situata tra le Langhe ed il Roero (Piemonte/Italia) diventa piena d'insidie per il nostro povero studente dell'Università di Pollenzo.
