First you have to seek and be totally frustrated with that to find out that is the seeking itself that prevents to realize what is already perfect and whole. Stop seeking as a action that you do is just another endless practice. You can't do "stop seeking". This is impossible and if you do that, means that you only satisfy with knowledge!

Yes good stuff; the search is not the solution to incompleteness. the wave is already the ocean.
Intellectually understanding that intellectual understanding doesn't solve the feeling of incompleteness doesn't take us past intellectual understanding. So what is the answer? more intellectual explanations?

its about female and male spirituality! male we know very well,...now female has to come back and merge again....Freedom and Love comes together...spirituality of female.........the total love affaire with this present moment in body!........the female spirituality is the joy..to experience the hole experience of existens in body!
the Sweetness of Consciousness melting with what is....body, drama, feelings, nothing, pain, happyness..Earth meets heaven..is One.that what is, is God..its so simple
