y r ppl arguing about lucario? well lucario is a pokemon and if u had played the games u can see that pokemon come in male or female. and lucario isnt an expetion he can also be a female. Duh! think ppl!

@happyfanfeet - I think it's less sexism and more game balance, when you keep in mind how powerful some characters like Lucario and other starters are, and that girls pass on the species in breeding (though I'll admit sexism with some other species, such as some fighting types and characters like Jigglypuff/Clefairy/Chansey). =P

@luxraythekiller lucario has a gender ratio of 7 males to 1 female ( that's exactly 87.5% male and 12.5% female)

just to let you guys know (personally I think gamefreak's a bit sexist because it took them forever to get a female playable character in pokemon but that's just an opinion from a girl ;3)
