@BanjoOz I agree with you completely! Though I would buy a GP2x Wiz instead. I can attest to their awesomeness!

Just... wow! As someone for whom Sierra games are by far the most nostalgic of my youth, I've been wanting SCI support for ScummVM to make it "worthwhile" to me for many years. The totally unexpected revelation that ScummVM 12 won't just play them, but play them BETTER than I've ever seen them is just jaw-droppingly awesome! Major, major thanks to all who made this - AGI and SCI - possible in ScummVM. Now I just need a solid Android port and I might even buy one of those phones for this, too!

Amazing!! Very noticeable difference, although subtle. Great work!

Oh my god the memories. This was always my absolute favorite of the entire Sierra 'Quest' games.

Awesome! I felt an urge to play all these games again.
This video also shows a small bug: At 2:16-2:25 in the background you can see the nebula composed of various shades of violet, but where the light cone from the ship is in front of it the nebula is still dithered at the edge and not a uniform shade. Moving between 2:25 and 2:26 shows it directly. Compare with the dithered version at 2:12.

@hurz42 We only undither colors in view resources (the light cone including that part of the nebula is a view), when that color is also used in the background picture. Otherwise we would ruin a lot of things.
In this case the background uses regular magenta mixed with black and the view uses bright magenta mixed with black. Because of this, the view is not modified. We could hardcode the color combination for that scene, which would fix this issue.

@mkiewitz Just wanted to mention that at 3:01 the lighted part near Roger's eye is undithered, but a similar lighted area slightly up, on his forehead, still remains dithered.

@RonoMusic It looks like that, yes.
But instead of filling those areas with a specific color (which would have resulted in the area getting dithered in the end), the artist actually drew multiple lines. It just looks as if it could be dithered, but in fact it's not.
